Earth Day @ Gateway Cafe: We will be celebrating Earth Day at Gateway Cafe with low-carbon footprint menu options throughout the week. Join us for PB & J Day on April 22nd for lunch. Every PB & J sandwich that replaces a meat or dairy based sandwich reduces your carbon footprint by an estimated 2.5 pounds of carbon dioxide! We'll also be having fun making dirt pudding.
Earth Day @ Campus Center: We will be hosting a booth at the annual Earth Day fair on Legacy Walk. Stop by to learn about our sustainability programs and for cool prizes and dining deals.
